REFUND POLICY

Mountain Maple Chocolate Shipping & Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that your order will arrive in excellent condition at the shipping address you provide, subject to the conditions described below:

Customer Responsibility for Failed Deliveries

You are responsible for the cost of failed deliveries if:

  1. An incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address was provided at checkout.

  2. The recipient was unavailable or out of town at the time of delivery.

  3. Temperatures exceed 80°F due to delays caused by you or the carrier, and the cool packs can no longer protect the chocolates from melting.

    • (Cold packing during warm months can only maintain safe temperature for up to 3 days, and only below 80°F.)

Perishable Product Disclaimer

Because our chocolates are perishable:

  • We cannot guarantee the condition of any package that must be rerouted by the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered on the first attempt or for orders that you revise or customize through the carrier’s delivery tools.

All Sales Are Final

Food items cannot be returned for restock or resale.
All sales are final.

If You Are Not Satisfied Upon Arrival

If your chocolates arrive in unacceptable condition, please contact our customer service team with:

  • Tracking number

  • Detailed explanation of the issue

We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate. If approved, we will either:

  • Reship your purchased item, or

  • Issue a refund after receiving the returned product (if required)

Claims submitted without supporting documentation will not qualify.
