Our team includes New Hampshire locals with 15 years plus experience in chocolate making. Additionally Mona Changaris
is with us as Chocolate Maven. She is known in the fine chocolate community for her innovations in healthy chocolate choices.
We are located in heart of the North Valley Mountain region in Claremont, New Hampshire.
Every chocolate is carefully made with Belgian cocoa solids, French cocoa butter, local organic maple syrup
and thoughtfully selected inclusions such as sun-dried, sulfite free bing cherries, black currants, sea salt, and roasted chufa.
